Who we are

We are an established award-winning B2B FoodTech scale-up, founded in 2014 by two female entrepreneurs who brought together their knowledge and experience of digital technology and hospitality. Kafoodle SaaS and apps are used by catering and foodservice businesses in the healthcare, education and retail sectors, including Compass Group, OCS, Laines Pub Company and HC-One. Our underlying belief is that health and food are intrinsically linked and by connecting people to the food, they need we can improve global health.

Why work with us

We are probably not your typical London tech scale-up – our UK team of 10 is diverse with a wide range of backgrounds and interests outside of work-family, dogs, keeping fit – but we do all share a common passion for healthy food and finding innovative yet simple solutions to meet our clients’ needs.

As a small business, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in all areas of the business operations, as well as make the role your own. We work out of a modern London office, have a casual dress code, and also offer the ability to work from home a day or two a week.

Part time Financial Controller

Kafoodle is looking for part-time financial controller (1-2 days per week) to support the COO and CEO with the management of all finance and accounting operations for the business through the next phase of significant growth. The ideal candidate will be a team player, comfortable working under their own steam and used to working in a fast-paced, innovative environment. They will be a self-starter, pragmatic with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a strong sense of 'what good looks like'. Account Growth Manager

Kafoodle is looking for an ambitious and energetic account growth manager to help us develop new business by analysing existing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; managing partnerships and recommending new product and sales strategies. As an account growth manager, you will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication and ability to maximise potential and manage new and existing accounts. Your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through the introduction of new business to the company, boosting sales by initiating growth in existing accounts and forging strong relationships with clients to increase renewals and referrals. You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience. Basic salary of c£35k with commission
