Who we are
We are an established award-winning B2B FoodTech startup, founded in 2014 by two female entrepreneurs who brought together their knowledge and experience of digital technology and hospitality. Kafoodle SaaS and apps are used by catering and foodservice businesses in the healthcare, education and retail sectors, including Compass Group, OCS, Laines Pub Company and HC-One. Our underlying belief that health and food are intrinsically linked, and by providing transparency to customers about the food they are being served will lead to healthier choices and outcomes. Our business is growing and we are looking for some brilliant new people to join our team.

We work out of a modern London office, have a casual dress code, and also offer the ability to work from home.
Reporting into to the Head of Client Services you will support a number of key areas of business operations, including client onboarding, 1st line customer support, account management and general office administration. This will be a rewarding position in a fast-paced environment with significant scope for future development. You will be based in our London office but there will be the opportunity to work from home following a probation period. Kafoodle is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele within the hospitality, health and education sector. We want you to be able to grow Kafoodle by building successful, long-term client relationships. As one of our Business Development Managers, you will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by introducing new business to the company, boosting sales by initiating growth in existing accounts and forging strong relationships with clients to increase renewals and referrals. You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.Read More
Reporting directly to the COO this role will be challenging yet rewarding; you will have the full support of the Kafoodle team, but the opportunity to make the role your own. You will be comfortable planning and delivering both client-facing and internal projects, from onboarding new key accounts to developing and launching new technical solutions, and will bring your expertise and knowledge to help us shape and improve our business. There will be some travel and time spent on client sites.
