Coronavirus Update

Here at Kafoodle, we take health and safety very seriously, especially when it comes to the wellbeing of our employees, families, and customers.

We have taken the decision to close our London office for the foreseeable future and allow our staff to work remotely. We have always valued our employees wellbeing and encourage a flexible work/life balance, we are already used to and set up to work remotely as a business.

As from Tuesday 17th March, all Kafoodle employees will be working remotely full-time.

We would like to reassure all of our clients that there will be no impact on service or support thoughout this time. Our phone system is VOIP, allowing us to answer calls wherever we are.

All support queries should continue to be raised in the usual way by emailing support@kafoodle.com and will be answered in the usual timely manner.

We understand that this is going to be a very difficult time for many of our clients, partners and for the food industry in general, and will do whatever we can to offer our support.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will advise accordingly of any changes to the situation. Please feel free to contact us as normal if you require any assistance.
