Account Growth Manager

Kafoodle is looking for an ambitious and energetic account growth manager to help us develop new business by analysing existing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; managing partnerships and recommending new product and sales strategies. As an account growth manager, you will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication and ability to maximise potential and manage new and existing accounts. Your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through the introduction of new business to the company, boosting sales by initiating growth in existing accounts and forging strong relationships with clients to increase renewals and referrals. You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience. Basic salary of c£35k with commission

Job Details

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and identifying, evaluating and analysing additional opportunities.
  • Initiate the sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential and scheduling appointments.
  • Develop sales by creating an initial presentation, explaining the product, service enhancements and additions, and introducing new products and services.
  • Assist with the development of new products by preparing specifications and conferring with the Kafoodle product team
  • Closing sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
  • Contributing information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analysing and relaying customer feedback.

Experience and skills:

  • Experience in customer support and/or account management
  • Prospecting skills
  • Establishing partnerships and alliances
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Zoho preferred)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build valuable business relationships
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for success
  • A full driving license and the ability to travel
